Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of TAONONGS.
1. Acceptance and service
These Terms are between you and Nopanan Pongitthidej, operator of TAONONGS. By using TAONONGS, you agree to these Terms. TAONONGS provides shared pet profiles, care tasks and reminders, timelines, pet health and refill records, household expense records, and collaboration tools.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your TAONONGS account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person. TAONONGS is not specifically directed to children. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms under applicable law, or use the service with appropriate parent or guardian consent where required.
3. Shared pet spaces and roles
Each pet has its own members and Owner, Caregiver, or Viewer roles. Owners manage membership and important settings. You must invite only people who should have access and understand that authorized members can see shared pet content appropriate to their role.
4. Your data and content
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of pet profiles, tasks, notes, photos, health records, refill data, and expenses you enter. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. You retain rights in your content and permit TAONONGS and its service providers to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service.
5. Care reminders
Care-due, 15-minute follow-up, and refill reminders are convenience tools. Delivery may be delayed or fail because of connectivity, device settings, platform services, or system availability. You and your household remain responsible for actual pet care.
6. Pet health features
Pet health features organize information you enter. TAONONGS is not a veterinary diagnosis service, a substitute for a veterinarian, or an emergency service. Use appropriate professional or emergency veterinary care when needed.
7. Expenses and settlements
TAONONGS records household expenses, splits, and settlements. It is not a bank, wallet, payment processor, or money-transfer service. Users are responsible for verifying entries and completing any real-world payment separately.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, access another pet without authorization, upload harmful or unlawful content, interfere with operation, scrape private data, or use TAONONGS to harm people or animals.
9. Account and pet deletion
You can request hard account deletion at Profile → Manage account → Delete account. A pet survives account deletion whenever another valid Owner remains, and shared factual history may remain without your direct attribution. A sole Owner cannot complete account deletion until every solely owned pet is transferred to another existing member or explicitly deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
10. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every reminder. We will aim to make material changes understandable to users.
11. Intellectual property
TAONONGS branding, software, design, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or other users’ content.
12. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will always be error-free or available. Any limitation of liability must be interpreted only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using TAONONGS and use the in-app deletion process. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, pets, the service, or comply with law, subject to applicable requirements.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
15. Changes and contact
